Official Orange County criminal records must be requested from the office that keeps them. The contacts below route police and sheriff reports, court files, custody data, and statewide criminal-history requests to their proper custodians. Orange County Criminal History is a private reference resource and cannot accept a government records request.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run resource cannot retrieve, change, certify, or remove a criminal record. It also cannot conduct an official check or receive an expungement filing.
